In August 2008, Alicia broke her elbow when she swerved to avoid a young child dashing across the bike path in Redondo Beach.  Having to be off from work for 8 weeks to heal was a great excuse to go on a cruise!  So in September we took a week with Royal Caribbean to visit Puerto Rico, Aruba, Curacao, St Maartan, and St Thomas!
